Gymnastics

We found a gymnastics place that has open gym on Sundays for all ages of kids. A bunch of our friends met us there this past weekend. It was so much fun. They have a huge big kid play area and a special room for the little guys. Nais took part in both areas, thanks to daddy. I had Kian most of the time so Nais and daddy played a lot.

Kirst and Kaylynn, Steph and Kennedy, Shelley and Kaelynn, and Sharon, Kenny, Roman, and Carson all met us there to play. There was so much to do...they had bars, beams, trampolines, lots of mats to jump on and roll in, a bounce house, and foam pits. We had a blast and can't wait to go back again. It is a perfect outing since it is still to hot to take the kids to the park.

Aunt Beba comes to AZ!

My Aunt Betty, Beba, came to visit and meet the new baby Kian last week. She and her friend Jane drove all the way from Arkansas. This was the first trip without my Nana so it was kind of bittersweet. I'm glad she came out so she could see all of her nieces and nephews and to take her mind off of Nana not being here anymore. We miss Nana a lot but it was so great to see Beba.
We spent lots of family time together, which was nice. Sometimes we are so busy we don't all get together that often, so it was nice to get to hang out a lot. We had family dinner almost every night and my mom brought over lunch one day for us.

Jake's Birthday:

It also happened to be Jake's birthday while Beba was here. Dad and Shell had a party at their house to celebrate. I can't believe my little brother is 15! That means in a year he will be driving...that is scary! I'm glad Beba was here to celebrate...she even got him a cake and I made cupcakes.

After dinner and cake we all went outside because it is starting to get nice out...well when the sun starts to go down. All the kids played some volleyball and Kian passed out on Beba!

Here is Beba with all of her great-nephews!

We love you Beba and miss you already. Hopefully Beba will be back for Christmas!

2 month well check for Kian

Kian turned 2 months on Septmeber 7th...so, this a little late. We went to the doctor on the 9th and here are the stats: weight 14lbs-95%, 23.5in-75%. This boy can eat! I thought Nais was big at his 2 month check up and Kian is even bigger! When Naison was 2 months he was 13.3 lbs and 23.5 in. So K is just a little bit heavier. I love my big boys.
Kian is getting so smiley these days. He has the biggest grins sometimes. It makes me so happy when he smiles!
The next doctor visit I will be taking both boys...Nais for his 2 year and Kian for his 4 month!

Pony Ride B-Day

I took Nais to a birthday party for Grant and McKinley, 3 year old twins, last weekend while daddy watched Kian. They had a petting zoo and pony rides in their back yard! Nais was a little scared at first of the pony but once he was on for a while he was having fun. The he went in the petting zoo and saw some goats and a little cow. He also took a ride on his first big boy swing! Thanks Holly and Chad for the great party!

Mama Shahnaz Visits!

Vafa's mom, Mama Shahnaz, came to visit last week from TX! She was so excited to see all of her grandkids and meet the newest, baby Kian. We did a lot of playing and eating while she was here. She made us lots of yummy food and taught me how to make some of it too.
Here are all of her AZ grandchildren.

We went to Imagination Avenue one morning for a playdate. All of the cousins went and we met a few of my friends there too. I love this place because it is kind of small and you can't get hurt on anything. The kids had a great time and we are so glad Mama S got to come with us!

While Mama Shahnaz was here I got to have some mommy time. One day I went and got a pedicure and the next day I got a massage. It was so nice to have her here so I could get a little break. Thanks Mama and Venous for watching my babies! We love you and miss you already. Naison still says "Mama Shahnaz" and points to the front door.

We can't wait for your next visit. Come back quick!
